Gmail to four papers

For thirty years we’ve had secure doors that allowed tenants the freedom to bin rubbish without having to use a key to get back into the small block containing their homes.  January, the landlord, RHP (Richmond Housing Partnership), without a word except to the one tenant supporting it, stripped the doors of their holding devices and us of what contributed to our quality of life and with new locks come August 21 intends to do so permanently.  Our complaints have been disingenuously dealt with and any final statement of what was always the intention avoided until we, all tenants except the one, acquired a designated person in that of Cllr Newton-Dunn to make representation on our behalf as a necessary preliminary to our appeal to the Housing Ombudsman with our case against RHP in September.  RHP pretended to him it was seeking confirmation the new locks could accommodate us but this was a lie since there’d be no point stripping the locks of holding devices only to put in new locks providing the same convenience to the tenants as the old ones did.  The other lie is that it’s reducing our quality of our lives for our good, in the interests of our security, when it already knows it’s diminishing our security since we more cumbersomely serve the convenience the old locks provided by resorting to wedges to keep the doors obviously ajar.  It won’t mind this because it can’t be sued for any breach in security it can then blame the tenants for.  Its concern isn’t for their good but for its own fearfully perceived interests.
